You're in experienced hands.

We know teenagers. We know how to run language schools.

Choose from two options:

  1. General English Program. This is the standard course we offer to help give students lots of practice, speaking + building solid competence in English.

  2. Extra English Program. This is for students who want more specific skills - eg. certificate preparation.

All school time is supervised and organised.

There are differences between Jimi+Bernie's Study Vacations and Eirlingua's Study Vacations. Both offer what students need... but, in different ways.

You're in expert hands!

We have extensive experience in prepping, teaching + examining at universities, schools, in companies + privately.

We provide certificate preparation courses for:

  • Cambridge PET

  • Cambridge FCE

  • Cambridge CAE

Because all language is based on culture and shaped by history, it is necessary to incorporate it when learning a language - embracing culture and being aware of culture in language.

The English language has a vast and rich history, transforming rapidly and introducing far more words into its language than any other. It evolves at incredible speed. 'Near enough' is not 'good enough' and 'That will do', simply, 'will not do'.

We teach what to look out for and why. A little knowledge is dangerous. Speaking English + understanding English is not the same as knowing how to use English properly, nor to be understood properly.

After all, not even all 'Englishes' are the same, nor mean the same thing even in English-speaking countries!
